Refund Policy and Cancellation

Tec-himz is committed to provide a professional and pleasant service experience to all its customers and we have a very transparent and customer friendly policy on refunds and cancellation of any services order.

To initiate any refund you can inform your case to refunds and cancellation department on toll free number 1800-643-5255 24X7 or write to CARE@TEC-HIMZ.COM

The standard time to process a refund is within 24 working hours of signing the online refunds agreement, however please note most banks take 2 to 3 days to credit the customer account after we have processed the same.

Customers are advised to read the following carefully before claiming a refund.

For incident based plans, you will be eligible for refund when any of the following criterions are met:

You have all the prerequisites which were required to resolve the problem and Issue was not resolved till the time account was active.
